Rejected IVAs | My IVA has been rejected, What now?
Has your IVA Been Rejected? For an IVA to be successful it must be approved by 75% of your creditors (by debt level) at the meeting of creditors. On some occasions creditors do reject a proposed IVA. The most common cause is that the proposed dividend (offer of repayment) is not at a level that meets individual creditor guidelines or that the creditors do not feel that an IVA will be adhered to. An IVA may still be possibleIf your IVA has been rejected at a meeting of creditors, don't worry. It may be possible to re-propose an IVA if you are in a position to offer an alternative level of payments. We are experts in IVAs and have proposed thousands of IVAs with great success.
