Upfront Fees

What is wrong with companies charging upfront fees?

There are a lot of companies charging to give advice on IVAs. They take upfront fees to get more money for themselves. They may tell you that they are preparing your IVA or have to put you into a Debt Management Plan first. This is not true. We can set up an IVA in 4 weeks and we do not take any fees from you. You will only ever pay once your IVA has been setup and has been accepted by your creditors.

So, what does an IVA cost?

IVAs are setup and supervised by professional Insolvency Practitioners and there are fees to pay. You will be glad to know that all you pay is one low monthly payment you can afford. In return, your lenders agree to write off the debt you can't afford to repay and they will pay us a fee out of the payments you have made to them through your IVA. If, for some reason, your IVA is rejected you will pay nothing.
We will even help you to find an alternative solution if your IVA is rejected.

Why use National Debt Relief?

We are the longest established provider of IVAs in the UK.

We guarantee you that you will pay no upfront fees if we arrange your IVA and if your creditors do not accept your IVA proposal then you pay absolutely nothing. We do have a 98% acceptance though so it is more than likely that your IVA will be accepted if we recommend it for you.

All our advice is free and with no obligation. If at any stage you don't want to proceed, just let us know.
