IVA case example

Client Name: Mr S and Miss WDebt Amount: £46,000

Clients were struggling with payments of over £700 per month to creditors. They entered into an IVA in September 2012, paying creditors £300 per month.

In May 2013 they proposed to remortgage and raised £19,000 which creditors accepted as full and final settlement. By July 2013 they were finish their IVA.
